Oluwatobi Johnson Fakayode

Mr. Oluwatobi Johnson Fakayode is an astute professional with a remarkable career in the fields of EPC contracting, real estate development, and investment advisory services in Nigeria and Africa. His specific niche over the years have been in New City Development projects with core competence in vision casting, master planning creative direction and leadership oversight in the building and development of new cities.

With over 16 years of experience in the global built-up industry, he has consistently demonstrated his leadership capabilities and an aptitude for executing large-scale projects. He is also very passionate about technology and youth empowerment evident in his tech startups such as Bossbus Technologies, F & I (Founders & Innovators).

Engineer A.O. Fakayode

Engineer A.O. Fakayode is a seasoned civil engineering and project management professional with decades of expertise in construction, infrastructure development, and administrative leadership. He holds a B.Sc. in Building Engineering (Second Class Upper) from Ahmadu Bello University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Lagos.

A COREN-registered engineer and a long-standing member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), he began his career at the Oyo State Ministry of Works and Transport as a Pupil Structural Engineer, quickly rising to Senior Engineer. His technical expertise and leadership earned him a secondment to DFRRI, where he played a pivotal role as Project Manager for Road, Building, and Rural Infrastructure, overseeing vital development projects aimed at enhancing rural communities.

Iain Gray PhD

Dr. Iain Gray, a highly experienced and esteemed professional in the worldwide construction industry since 1960, is an ideal candidate for project owners, landowners, and resort investors seeking an accomplished individual to lead their projects. With a wealth of expertise and a proven track record, Dr. Gray’s extensive project experience sets him apart. Having obtained degrees from renowned Australian universities, including a Bachelor of Surveyors degree from Monash University in 1972, a master’s degree in construction techniques from the University of New South Wales in 1974, and a PhD in 1978, Dr. Gray possesses a strong academic foundation.

Gary Garner

Gary Garner is a highly experienced executive, management consultant and business adviser. He uses his extensive international business experience and technical knowledge to achieve strategic change. He is also well equipped to advise business leaders on cross cultural and new market entry matters.

Gary’s strong strategic skills enable him to provide a holistic perspective to resolving business challenges including: finance; market analysis; project finance, and new market investment strategies as well as the underlying process and organization design strategies required for success.

Gary held the position of an Executive Director at Ernst & Young in Manama Bahrain. He was the leader Transaction Advice at Arup Gulf Ltd, Dubai, UAE. Gary was instrumental in piloting Dubai Airport Corporation towards success where he served as Executive Vice President.

Ayegbusi Oluwaseun

A highly skilled and accomplished construction and project management professional, Ayegbusi Oluwaseun Tunde brings a wealth of experience spanning road construction, telecommunications infrastructure, residential and commercial building projects. His expertise is rooted in his academic background, holding an MSc in Housing Development Management from the University of Ibadan, alongside an HND in Building Technology and an ND in Building and Quantity Surveying from Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti.
